Artwork Submissions

NEW to the GentleFest 2026, we are excited to showcase the artwork of local Winnipeg talent in a fun and interactive capacity! Show us your best "Off the Rails" themed illustrations and let your fellow campers bring them to life!

Feel free to submit your artwork at any time before the June 15 deadline, or come in person to our in-person "drink n draw" style event that will be announced later in May.

Submissions Deadline: June 15

Steps for Entry:

1. Download the template

  • If you are printing: set to 'Exact Size' so there is no skewing of the image. It is okay if the borders cut off in your print as this will be added back and touched up in production.

  • There are two submission frames per template. You may submit as many entries as you like, but only one per artist will make the final cut!

2. Create your artwork

  • Draw your artwork within the designated frame(s) (Two entries included per template, but artists are not required to submit 2).

  • Make sure your image is black and white and 300dpi (if done digitally).

  • Outline final artwork with ink or marker before submitting.

3. Submit artwork

  • Scan your artwork and submit below.

  • Make sure you have included your name and how you prefer to be contacted!
